HOW INTRINSIK WORKS WITH OUR CLIENTS:

Intrinsik Health Sciences' main focus is to provide our clients with senior concentrated knowledge and expertise. The staff chosen to work your project will always be a senior member of the team whose experience is suited to the type of product. We understand how crucial each decision during the development of a product can be and having a team or individual assisting your business with the appropriate experience is vital. Intrinsik will also bring external members into the project team to ensure that the proper level of experience is available to our clients. Product development is a dynamic and challenging process and we are the group that has the experience and knowledge to assist our clients.

Having a team that has cumulatively worked in the consulting area for the last 25 years, Intrinsik Health Sciences understands some of the reservations clients have regarding working with consultants. To this end, we have developed the following approach to working with our clients:
  • Understand the client’s needs and priorities (including investor, regulatory, and scientific timelines);
  • Introduce the client to their assigned person for the project team and ensure the client is comfortable with this team member (provide their CV and biography)
  • Develop a detailed budget for the project (should the scope of the project change, provide the client with appropriate notice of the changes and obtain client approval);
  • Execute the project with the full involvement of the client (update the client as frequently as possible or as requested);
  • Follow up with the client to ensure the project was a success
